Sound healing uses various frequencies to induce a meditative state which allows our bodies to restore and rejuvenate. The vibrations stimulate our delta and theta brainwaves inducing a state of deep relaxation allowing our bodies to heal. Sound baths have been shown to reduce anxiety, promote better sleep, reduce blood pressure, help with trauma, and other physical ailments.
As a former electronic music DJ, music and vibration has always been an important part of my healing journey. I enjoy exposing others the benefits of sound healing, and being in community in a meditative state.
